What data we collect
We only process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to us: name, company, email address, phone number, country, the solution you are interested in, estimated capacity and the content of your message. We also process basic technical data strictly necessary to deliver the website, such as the IP address recorded in server logs.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a technical or commercial proposal — legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.
- To maintain contractual and pre-contractual communication — legal basis: performance of a contract or preparatory steps taken at your request.
- To comply with legal obligations — legal basis: compliance with applicable law.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send commercial communications without separate, specific consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and thereafter for the limitation periods set by applicable law. Once those periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Who has access to it
Your data may be accessed by companies within MOVEAM Group where necessary to answer your enquiry, and by service providers acting as data processors (web hosting, email hosting and the form-delivery service), always under a contract meeting the requirements of Article 28 GDPR. Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for their own purposes. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data and its rectification or erasure, as well as restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@optimalgp.com indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control and data minimisation — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
